Riva Vista Riverfront Resort Chiangrai

Hotel recém-inaugurado. O hotel foi construído às margens do rio e tem uma boa localização. O projeto arquitetônico é moderno e simples, e o banheiro possui banheira embutida e grandes janelas do chão ao teto. Os funcionários são simpáticos e prestativos. Algumas sugestões para referência: 1. O quarto deve ser mantido e limpo diariamente (mesmo que não haja hóspedes).O varão do armário do quarto em que fiquei estava cheio de poeira, fazendo com que as roupas de cores claras ficassem cobertas. com poeira. O mesmo acontece em muitos outros lugares. 2. Porque há muito poucos hóspedes hospedados no hotel recém-inaugurado, apenas menus americanos ou tailandeses estão disponíveis para o pequeno-almoço, mas o menu fixo é muito deficiente.Suco, iogurte e frutas não são as variedades mais básicas. Afinal, o custo da reserva de quarto é próximo ao de um hotel cinco estrelas, por isso não pode ser simplificado só porque há menos hóspedes. É compreensível que as crianças paguem extra pelo pequeno-almoço, mas seria uma escolha melhor se o pequeno-almoço deste nível fosse oferecido como presente? Queria prolongar a minha estadia, mas decidi mudar-me para o Hotel Le Meridien (o buffet de pequeno-almoço é rico em variedade e as crianças não pagam). 3. O que você vê no guia de serviço na mesa do quarto não é uma mensagem de boas-vindas ou conteúdo de serviço, mas uma lista de compensação por danos aos itens do quarto. O acima é minha experiência após o check-in. Novos hotéis precisam de tempo para mudar. Espero que seu hotel se saia cada vez melhor.

It’s a nice and unique hotel, location is very near to the Blue temple which means you better have a car, we have no problem on this, just found it too dark to find the way back to the hotel at night. Our experience was half n half with this hotel, we booked two nights, on the first night with river view, we like the interior with reasonable space, the hotel is building more blocks which start hammering at 8am, on top of that we didn’t sleep at all during the night because it had strange sound from the ceiling, we were on the 4th (top ) floor and it was probably the generator of the air conditioning, the sound came every 15 minutes, so we didn’t sleep n were so tired. We told the front desk next morning and they changed the room for us and upgraded to the pool access room. It was good to have access to the pool directly from your room. Breakfast was nice and have variety of choices. I’m not sure if I will choose this hotel if I go again, I rather have a good sleep than a horrible night even they upgraded us the second night, they didn’t ask how we were when we checking out, seems the upgrade sorted everything, not bothered to tell us why there was noice and not care about any feedback!!

Really nice property, kind staff, good breakfast. Would definitely stay again when in Chiang Rai.

Very nice location, walking distance from the blue temple. Lovely staff with great service. We fully enjoyed our two nights. Definitely recommend!
